 Hello, this week I made a bento for report of cooking science. The banto's thema is Shizuoka where is my hometown. Do you know black hanpen?? In Shizuoka, hanpen is black. Also it is not fluffy texture. It is chewy and tasty. I like better it than white one.  I cooked fried food of black hanpen.  My mother's specialty is fried foods.  I used to eat fried foods at home. I ate them for the first time in a ling time. They was delicious. I want to cook it again.
